Development of the student formula vehicle by Kyoto Institute of Technology Grandelfino.

In Altair's Inspire and HyperWorks, the time required for error correction and condition input has been significantly reduced, achieving greater design efficiency.

The Kyoto Institute of Technology's Student Formula Participation Project "Grandelfino" was established in the fall of 2005 by members of the automotive club. They actively promoted their project on campus by creating machines using engines from motorized bicycles, and in the 2006 academic year, they were selected as the first "Joint Project of Students and Faculty" at the Kyoto Institute of Technology, officially starting their activities to participate in the All Japan Student Formula. They began competing in the tournament from the 2007 academic year and achieved overall victory in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2022, and 2023. Since producing the prototype vehicle GDF-01 and the competition vehicle GDF-02 in their first year of activities in 2007, they have designed and built one vehicle each year, and in the 2023 academic year, they created GDF-18, which signifies their 18th vehicle. *For detailed information, please refer to the PDF materials.
